Payment card not cash
My petition is to replace cash benefits with a payment card so that all benefit is used for what it is meant to be used for - the essentials to live, ie food,clothing,heating etc......these cards could be programmed so as not to be accepted as payment for alcohol,cigarettes,lottery tickets etc which are seen by the majority of the population as luxuries and therefore should be 'earned'.....
