Cabinet ministers campaigning to leave EU to have access to the Civil Service

Petition Details

On February 23, 2016, Sir Jeremy Heywood announced that Cabinet ministers campaigning to leave European Union will not have access to the Civil Service on the issue.

This is in clear violation of democracy and the whole issue of a "free and fair" referendum and raises serious questions.
