Adopt Scottish system with regard to offers on house sales being legally binding
After our house sale fell through 6 days before completion, we feel the system that makes offers legally binding in Scotland should be adopted for England & Wales. We spent money on our property to satisfy their concerns whilst our "buyers" walked away with no financial penalty to them.
