Fully investigate North Wales Police deliberately killing a dog on the A55

Petition Details

On February 22nd 2016, North Wales Police deliberately ran over and killed a dog on the A55 in North Wales, claiming it was the "only safe option", when the road in question is regularly closed / subject to rolling road blocks for much more trivial matters.
