Ban excessive jeering and heckling in parliament during debates and PMQs
Jeering and heckling from MPs during debates and PMQs has become unacceptable; it's delaying and curtailing the discussion of important issues. As The Speaker hasn't been adequately addressing this, I propose a ban on the excessive jeering and heckling; in hope that sensible debate can be achieved.
