Allow parents with a court order to be helped by local authorities with housing

Petition Details

Local authorities will only deem the person who receives child benefit to be entitled to any help with housing even when there is a court order in place stating children are to live with the other parent for half the week which is unfair and leaves so many parents in financial difficulty
