Change the law for child maintenance

Petition Details

I have a 6 year old son who I have never seen , his mother has refused for me to have any thing to do with him also the courts sided with her , and now im forced to pay for him through CSA as she went to them so that I would pay for him , I would not of minded if I get regular access to him.

Additional Information

Im looking for the government to look in to changing the law so that any parent that stops the absent parent seeing there children by only there choice that then go straight to CSA have there money or moneys stopped until there bitterness ends and the absent parent has full rights and visiting rights in his/her's child's life.
Because as it stand many people stop the absent parent seeing there off spring by there own choice and it is completely unfair and unjust and needs looking into ASAP.
