End the boorish, bully-boy behaviour of MPs in House of Commons debates and PMQs
The public is tired of seeing MPs use their time in The Commons to jeer and heckle during debates. The Speaker has a responsibility to intervene more often, and likewise to prevent MPs hamming it up with insults regarding appearance as a means of dodging uncomfortable questions.
