In 19 December 1984 the Sino-British Joint Declaration was signed by Prime Ministers Zhao Ziyang(PRC) and Margaret Thatcher (UK) , but nowadays in Hong Kong the Hong Kong government was
violated One country, two systems policy and the Chinese government was intervene the political of Hong Kong .

Hopefully, the UK government will require Hong Kong government observe One country, two systems.

We can't accept your petition in its current form as it does not call for a clear action from the UK Parliament and Government. The UK Government does not have the power to require the government of Hong Kong to take action. It could, however, request the government of Hong Kong (or any other government) to act in a particular way.
