Intregate the scout and guide movement in schools as a precursor to a 2 year National service on leaving schol



Use charismatic business entrepreneurs and philanthropists to head up the process based in empty premises that are casualties of the recession together with redundant army camps and ex military personnel


1)Fundamental teaching of the rights and responsibilites of citizen.Restablish the contract between the individual and society by,
2) Understanding that a society works when its citizens accept they have duties and obligations
to contribute for a healthyand successful society, and in return the citizen earns certain rights.
3) Build confidence and self esteem
4)Promote determination and discipline
5)Encourage exercise and learn to live a healthy life without drugs or alcohol
6) Reading and writing skills
7)Practical skills for living
8)Work apprenticeship courses
