Guidance on workplace bullying must be applied to behaviour of MPs at work.
The rules covering conduct during parliamentary debate must be updated to reflect the level of conduct expected generally in the workplace.
We would like our representatives to treat each other with respect, to listen properly to each others views, to debate the matter at hand and to answer direct questions with full and truthful answers.
("Bullying may be characterised as offensive, intimidating, malicious or insulting behaviour, an abuse or misuse of power through means that undermine, humiliate, denigrate or injure the recipient." - From the ACAS website)
