stop vehicles parking on path ways & pavements in towns and city's.
Blind & partially sighted people are having difficulty walking on paths & pavements because of cars vans lorries parking on them obstructing there passage a long them.
for example cars vans lorries parked with 1,2,3 or 4 wheels on the pavement or foot path that is coursing partial or full obstruction to said foot way preventing people passing safely a long the pavement foot path.
