Conscription for repeat offenders & those convicted of gang association
Conscription brings order and discipline to those who might not have been fortunate enough to have grown up in a stable home environment where discipline and respect is taught and learned.
The military is a large family where an individual is taught to respect others and in the process learns self respect. To be part of a team.
Through the military a person can learn skills and trades that could benefit the individual as well as make a positive contribution to society.
