Stop MP's getting large pay rises at a time of massive cut backs.
With MP's set to get an extra £1000 each on top of the 10% they had 6 months ago, enough is enough.
At a time of massive cut back to all public sectors throughout the UK, it is not sensible for MP'S (some are already millionaires) to keep getting large pay rises. Everyone together in cuts.
MP's salaries are set to hit £75,000 a year plus all the expenses for second homes, travel etc, enough is enough.
This petition should be to stop MP's getting the pay rise and capping how much they can earn and claim on expenses.
It's just out of hand and needs stopping.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The Government and Parliament don’t have the power to set MPs’ pay. That power was given by Parliament to the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA) in 2010, so that after 2012 MPs no longer had control over their own pay.
