We the undersigned request that cannabis be removed from the Misuse of Drugs Act and be regulated for sale to adults as alcohol and tobacco are with legislation for home growing reflecting that for home brewing of alcohol.

As well as removing the threat of criminal prosecution to those who are causing no harm to others ending the prohibition of cannabis will save £billions in enforcement and give the government approx £6 billion+ pa in additional revenue.
