Scrap plans to make it illegal for public bodies to boycott Israeli West Bk item

Petition Details

Israel continues to illegally occupy Jordan's West Bank and allows settlements to be built against UN resolutions condemning them. In fact Israel has more UN resolutions against them than the rest of the world put together. Why does our government and that of the US continue to support this travasty

Additional Information

The war in 1967 'ended' after 6 days. Since that day (yes nearly 50 years) Israel has continued to occupy the strategic territories gained during the conflict, with the exception of the Gaza strip. In addition they have evicted Arabs from desirable land in East Jerusalem and areas around Bethlehem. Further evictions have taken place on Jordanian West Bank land. Walls have been built around these settlements. Businesses have grown up only using israeli workers and their produce must be boycotted
