Start issuing on the spot fines for foreign drivers breaking UK driving laws
Foreign truck drivers speeding, overtaking in the third lane of the motorway and parking on hard shoulders and clearways
A system should be employed whereby offending drivers are stopped at the point of exiting the UK, using the numerous cameras that already exist in the UK, and fined for offences committed on our roads
