Consider having judge & jury in family courts for adoption matters.

Petition Details

Through personal experience I feel strongly that family courts when dealing with adoption cases should be judge & jury. The reason being that in some genuine cases such as mine where someone without very little family support often get's unheard and treated unfairly.
