Royal Commission on Policing needed.
We call for the Government to instigate a Royal Commission on Policing to ensure the Police Service in England & Wales will be fit for purpose.
All proposed reforms of policing, including Winsor & Hutton, should be put on hold and re-evaluated after the Royal Commission
