The government should implement a road tax on all adult cyclists. £40 per year

Petition Details

Cyclists use the road as much as car drivers do. In many cases cyclist show a marked lack of road sense and manners. They block many country roads so it is is only fair that they pay to use the roads. Displaying a valid road tax would reduce accidents and allow easy tracking of offenders
