Tax Relief for First Time Mortgage Payers
To give tax relief for first time buyers for first 3 to 5 years of mortgage paying would boost the Construction Industry.
It would also enable first time buyers to get on the first rung of the housing ladder and would encourage home ownership and therefore give more pride in neighbourhoods.
