Mail an unbiased summary of EU pros & cons to UK residents before the referendum
It is unfair to ask the general population to make such an important decision on the future of the country without arming them with a basic understanding of what they are being asked to vote on.
A large proportion of the UK population will enter the referendum vote without a strong understanding of the EU and the UK's relationship with it. If the UK government thinks the general population are best placed to make such a crucial decision, it should do all it can to help those people understand the pros and cons of EU membership with an easily understandable, independent overview; but without spin, bias or agenda. This should be provided by mail to every household to maximise coverage.
