Open all religious buildings/shopping malls to homeless people for night time
Ever morning I see a number of people sleeping on the streets while all religious institutions and shopping malls kept empty during night time.
I believe opening these type of building to homeless people ( at least at night) can prevent homeless people developing serious health issues.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. This would be an decision for individual churches and shopping centres. You could start a petition calling on the Government to fund more homeless shelters.
