£15 an hour and travel time for all carers
Some employees could be working an extra 10 hours a week once travelling time is counted..
7am to 10pm and we get paid a wage that we can't even live on. But if we don't care for the elderly.. Who's going to because most of them don't have family around them. Being a Carer is very rewarding but the pay and no paid travel time is horrendous. Mileage is not enough.
