Rapists should be identified no matter what their age is

Additional Information

We have heard cases especially with the recent riots how 'minors' are granted anonymity for crimes even for serious offences such as rape. It is well within the public interest that such offenders should not remain anonymous and they should be registered on the sex offenders list no matter how old they are.
