Make charity's and company's send promotional material add 'opt out' tick box
Charities and promotional company's sent out thousands of letters asking for funds. All material that promotes a particular company and/or charity should have an opt out/return to sender tick box on the outside of the envelope. Tick Box [ ] PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL, RETURN TO SENDER.

If you would like Parliament to change the law, to require charities and other organisations to provide an "opt out" box, you could start a petition asking for that.
