Force HMRC to be more thankful for the taxes it receives from small businesses.
In the service industry, VAT is generated as a result of an individual or business undertaking work. It is then collected by, accounted for and paid for, by such a person directly to the HMRC. No thank you offered for your efforts on their behalf, and yet late payment results in penalty charges!
