Allow all government ministers full access to all EU-related documents.
Denying Eurosceptic ministers access to EU-related documents is a crass attempt at biasing the outcome of the referendum and a wholly inappropriate politicisation of the Civil Service. It will discredit the result if it is "remain" and have long-term adverse implications for party politics.
