Anyone commiting crime that continues to live in society should not be supported by society.
The aim is to avoid tax payers supporting convicted criminals for any crime that is deemed to have a negative impact on society. For the term of any suspended sentence, the offender should not be entitled to any state support that is funded by tax payers.
Anyone not supporting society should not be supported by society.
