Under 21's who are neither in education or employment to undertake community service
Government Action: All youths under 21 who are neither in education nor employment should be required to perform 12 months of community service.
Purpose: Provide our youth with the foundation skills which are required for a successful adult career such as discipline, time management and following directions.
