Scrap plans to charge students for the use of Online Catch-Up Tv
The Government have decided to change the TV licensing rules so that students will have to pay the £145.50 TV license in order to carry on watching BBC iPlayer Catch Up services. I believe this isn't right, this should be stopped or at least the TV license price should be lowered.

You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
It's not clear whether you want everyone to be able to watch the iPlayer without a TV licence, or whether you would like a specific exemption for students.
You could start a new petition asking clearly for the specific action you want.
