We need more military personnel at least 500K to give use the security we need.

The UK has a strong but small army, we achieve many goals like defeating terrorist groups but with an army the size of just under 200,000 its hard to achieve all our goals. The recent issues of immigrants coming into the country just proves how much our border's are not protected completely.

Many smaller countries have armies much bigger then ours and that says something. All the hard work of the British empire has been forgotten.
