Petition Action

Scrap Pay Pal holds on payments for Ebay Sellers.

Petition Details

Paypal places holds on payments received from selling on eBay. Some of them are placed on new seller accounts however others are placed on eBay accounts that have been registered for many years and have met all of Pay Pal's requirements for NOT placing holds on their payments received.

Additional Information

Pay Pal still take their fee regardless of whether a hold is placed or not. I feel the hold in general is wrongful and eBay seller's should get their money as soon as an item has been paid for through Pay Pal in order to help with postage costs etc,.
