Improve home purchasing process, make offer acceptance legally binding.
Almost 40% of house purchases in England fall through. The process is broken in many ways and could be fixed with a few changes. Some basic preparation for the seller so that before the house is on the market key elements are in place, combined with the offer having a legal value would improve it.
