Reprimand MP's who fall asleep in parliament like in the private sector!
If I was to fall asleep at work whilst I was being paid I would be sacked, why should this be permitted in parliament whilst being paid with public funds and live on BBC Parliament, a channel also funded with a TV licence paid by the public!
