Allow constituencies to vote on whether cannabis should be legalised there.
The government has decided that a nationwide legalisation of cannabis is not on the cards, so perhaps a constituency by constituency ruling could be an alternative. A more democratic way that would allow the trialling of a regulated market in small areas first.
It has worked exceptionally well in the US, so why not learn from their successes and follow suit? Let the people decide what's right for them.
