Reduce waiting times for driving test to 5 weeks

Petition Details

waiting times at present are over 16 weeks at some centres, this impacts greatly on people learning to drive. It add unnecessary costs to people learning to drive.For those who fail the first time around the wait for a second test means they have a less likely chance of passing second time around

Additional Information

The DVSA say the waiting times are 9 to 10 weeks but according to the DVSA own test booking service the waiting times at some test centres is 16 weeks or more.
