Not to issue 12 month ban on drug driving offences with cannabis
Smokers who have given up smoking for a particular career can lose the opportunity of having a career if stopped and tested by the police. Each person's metabolism system is different to the next person & cannabis stays in your system for 28 days or longer.
A person who used to smoke can be banned if cannabis is still present within their system if tested. This also leads to a loss of job which will put further pressure on a person as well as loss of finance and stability.
