Closed River season March 14 to June 16 needs to be abolish or rethink
Annual three-month river closed season that was put in place in 1878.
and with no actual science attached to it at the time ..so either needs be abolish or rethinking

In England, these rules are set by the Environment Agency, so we could accept a petition calling for a specific change in England.
