Stop illegal parking on footpaths in ballycastle and other towns.
People are illegally parking on footpaths.woman with prams.Childern and people with disabilities have to walk onto the road to get past.Traffic wardens,police and local councillors won't do anything about it.some one is going to get critical injured or killed.so please sign and share
