Army for convicted rioters

Additional Information

The government should send anyone found guilty of rioting to an Army camp, for a 6 month discipline training course, to relieve overcrowding in prison.It would involve hard daily physical training,basic accommodation,no TV, etc,no family contact,no smoking or drugs and no soft approach.
