I want to change the jail time for men or woman who beat there partners
Well my ex got 2 year for beating 5 woman over 26 years

The courts decide on sentences in individual cases. However, Parliament could change the law to provide for a minimum sentence for certain crimes. You could start a new petition explaining what you would like the minimum sentence to be.
