Exemption from Immigration Health Surcharge for Marriage visa extension (FLR-M) applications made within the UK from those who are earning more than £35K p.a., who never claimed any kind of benefits, who happen to also have private medical insurance cover for the whole family & hardly use NHS

Additional Information

People earning more than £50K per annum contribute almost £15K per annum in taxes and national insurance. Since 2012, people on spouse visa like me have contributed more than £50K in taxes and national insurance, plus i cannot and have never claimed any benefits, plus i have a private health insurance for my family via my employer which we use the most for any kind of health problem, plus my wife and i have never really used NHS in last 3 years.
