Ban domesticated cats from being allowed to roam freely outdoors

Petition Details

In 2014 there were estimated to be 8 million cats in Britain
It isn't natural for there to be 8 million cats roaming around this land.
Cats kill 55 million birds a year, millions of other animals too, spread fleas, deficate on other peoples property and get ran over and cause accidents.
