Close Driving Test Centres and Sell the Land & Buildings

The inequality of Driving Test standards is appalling.
Most Driving Test Centres pass less than 50% of applicants.
The worst Driving Test Centre is Wood Green with 27.78%.
The best pass rate is Isles Of Scilly with 85.71%.
We should close all these centres down and sell off the properties and raise millions of pounds for the treasury and let driving schools assess the competence of pupils and issue a 'pass certificate' which can be sent to the DSA for a full license.
