Make supermarkets give expired but edible food to charities
Following the example set voluntarily by Tesco in the UK and also following the legal precedent in France, we would like to see supermarkets urged if not forced to donate food they would currently waste to charity. People are depending on food banks and business is throwing food away - it's obscene.
