Abolish the Institute For Learning.

Additional Information

I submit that the IFL provides no useful services for the professional teaching practitioners who are forced to pay for it, or be disqualified from holding a teaching post.
This in trade union parlance was called a “Closed Shop” something made illegal many years ago.
