Stop the proposed plans to extend the school day for secondary school students
The chancellor, George Osborne, is planning to keep "25% of secondary schools open past 15:30". This is inconsiderate to not only the students but also the staff. Staff unfortunately are already under strain from the current long day which often continues at home for marking and further planning.
