Change the law so it's illegal for children under 16 to be outdoors after 9pm

The law should be changed so children under 16 are not allowed outdoors after 9pm this is the cause of most anti social behaviour most children hang around the streets drinking smoking vandalising and terrorising people this might help tackle the ongoing situation also with gang crime as well
