STOP the changes to Personal Independence Payment as of January 2017.
The new changes to Personal Independence Payment that George Osborne is making as of January 2017 will affect hundreds of thousands of disabled people.
Disabled people who rely on this benefit to help pay for the extra costs they face with there disability.
The changes to Personal Independence Payment will affect the point system of the Daily Living Component element in the aids and appliances section of 'Managing toilet needs or incontinence' and 'Dressing and undressing'
Instead of receiving 2 points for each of these elements. The new cuts mean disabled people who use aids and appliances in these sections will now only score 1 point. Meaning more than likely they will be lowered into the standard rate of PIP or loose it all together.
